About Kristin
I grew up in homes that were always works in progress—my dad was constantly renovating, and my mom had a gift for making every space feel warm, inviting and unique. That early exposure to carpentry, design, and transformation sparked a lifelong love of creating spaces.
As an adult, I began buying distressed properties and collaborating with my dad to bring my designs to life. He handled the craftsmanship, I focused on the vision. Together, we turned fixer-uppers into thoughtful, functional spaces tailored to real life.
Renovation and design work is a creative side project for me—I'm a former classical ballet dancer and I also own Attitude Dance, a dance retail business that’s been a big part of my life for over two decades. While that keeps me on my toes, working on homes allows me to channel a different kind of artistry. My goal is simple: to help people feel proud of where they live, with spaces that are comfortable, practical, and deeply personal.
